While some might consider colored pencils as mere art supplies for kids, more and more professional artists are using the common utensils to create awe-inspiring works that are a whole lot more than just childish scribbles. One creative to do so is Australian artist Georgina Kreutzer who creates vibrant, hyperrealistic color pencil drawings that showcase her incredible artistic skill.
From animal portraits to flashy sports cars, it seems there’s no end
Hendrik Beikirch is currently showing a new body of work, Siberia at the Montresso Art Foundation space in Marrakesh, Morocco. The solo exhibition and accompanying book are part of his ongoing series of work that is documenting the remote regions of the world through portraits of common people met or photographed on his travels through them.
